This is the fourth in a series
of conferences held in the small alpine village of Arolla,
Switzerland. The previous conferences took place in 1999,
2004 and
2008. Traditionally, these conferences gather around 80
mathematicians, from PhD students to senior experts, and cover a
wide range of topics in algebraic topology. The forthcoming
conference will feature the invited speakers listed above, and we
expect to have slots for about ten contributed talks.
