Course Information

Update, Oct 26: I have moved my office hours in response to feedback. The new hours are 4.30–5.30 Tuesday, 4.30–6 Wednesday and 4.30–5.30 Friday, all in 5720 S. Woodlawn (enter around the side).

Andy's office hours are 12:15–1:15 Tuesday and Thursday, in the C-Shop (Einstein Bagels). If you'd like to meet Andy so you know how to recognize him for office hours, he'll be at all the Wednesday evening problem sessions.

The problem session will be held weekly on Wednesday from 6–7pm in Eckhart 312.

Homework

The moral homework is for you, if you want to check that you understand the basics (not to be handed in). Note that there is more of this category than I would expect any single person to do.

The written homework is to be handed in on the first Wednesday or Monday after the class it was set.

The stretch homework is for you to see if you can figure out some more difficult problems (also not to be handed in). If you want to ask about them or check your solutions you can ask at office hours or the problem session.
